Arianna is a sports coach and dancer. She trains for movement quality, mobility and postural intelligence - the discipline that turns force into grace. She builds every program herself and corrects the execution: every angle, every breath, every transition.

She brings a real perspective on the female body, on rhythm, and on a body built to perform and age well. A specialist in cycle-aligned training and feminine wellness, with 10+ years of experience across functional, Pilates, Lagree and Hyrox. Having lived and coached in Singapore, she works in Italian and English with a small roster of clients, on purpose: a real relationship, real accountability, a standard that doesn't drop.

Before you book.

At your home, in a private location of your choice in Milan, or by video anywhere you are. Most clients mix in-person and video around their travel.

No. The program is built to work with what you have, and your trainer brings what's needed. We adapt to your space, not the other way around.

That's the point. Sessions move to video when you're away, and your program comes with you. You keep momentum no matter where you are.

English or Italian, your choice. Every session, every check-in, every plan, in the language you think in.

It's a complete 12-week program, not sessions sold by the hour: assessment, 24 private sessions, nutrition, weekly check-ins and measurement. Priced below Milan's premium studios, with everything included.

Most clients do. Every program starts from your assessment and moves at your pace. No prior experience needed.

Yes. You have 24 sessions to use across the 12 weeks, based on your needs and your trainer's availability. You can do 2 a week, or pause and make up the sessions you missed later - always within the 12 weeks. After that everything resets: to continue, you buy a new 12-week package.

You get a maintenance plan and a follow-up call. Many clients continue, but there's no lock-in - you decide.
